TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 Application Reference No. C/02/131E/LB From Mrs Nicholson for listed building consent for conversion of adjoining barn to form additional living accommodation, internal and external alterations to dwelling, raising of boundary wall to parking area and erection of timber access gate at The Old Cottage, Appletreewick. Major Application Application Reference No. C/33/184E From Mr Oversby for full planning permission for additional cattle housing, roofing and cladding of loading bay area, creation of hardstanding area, office and agricultural worker facilities and change of use of agricultural buildings and hardstanding areas to accommodate the dairy processing and distribution infrastructure (Part Retrospective) at Town Head Farm, Grassington.
