NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53(2)(b) OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY (FOOTPATH NO. 41, KETTLEWELL-WITH-STARBOTTON) MODIFICATION ORDER 2010 On 25 January, 2013 The Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding a new length of Footpath in the village of Kettlewell commencing at the Leyburn road at Grid Reference SD 97251 72365 then taking a north-easterly direction for approximately 165 metres to its junction with the village road at Town Head at Grid Reference SD 97395 72442. A copy of the confirmed Order and Order map may be seen free of charge at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority Offices at Colvend, Hebden Road, Grassington, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 5LB during normal office hours and copies may be purchased there at a reasonable cost. If any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may within six weeks from 14 March, 2013 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
