TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY

has received the following: Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building, Proposed Development within a Conservation Area Application Reference No. C/02/144E From Mr & Mrs Falshaw for full planning permission for installation of new re-located oil tank at Prospect House, Main Street, Appletreewick. It is considered that the appearance and character of a nearby Listed Building and the Conservation Area could be affected by the proposed development As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
