APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Daniel Thwaites pic, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Craven District Council for Variation of the Premises Licence in relation to premises known as The Listers Arms, Cove Road Malham Skipton BD23 4DB. Abrief description of the licensable activities that the application requests are authorised being as follows: to change the plan which currently accompanies the premises licence in order to incorporate proposed changes to the layout of the premises; to remove existing, inappropriate cond t ons and to replace them w th appropriate conditions; to bring forward the permitted opening times of the premises to 07.00am. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and made by no later than 29th June 2013 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the Authority is kept and where and when the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows: Craven District Council Licensing Authority, Licensing Department, Civic Centre, Carlisle CA3 8QG
