Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Handpicked Hall LLP has applied to Craven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Handpicked Hall, Handpicked Arcade, Canal Walk, Keighley Road, Skipton, BD23 2NS. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The sale of alcohol from Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 21:00. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, SKIPTON, North Yorkshire, BD23 1FL no later than 16 August 2013 stating the grounds for objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence if £5,000.
