Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Craven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for The Cordwainers Restaurant, 31 Swadford Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 2SJ. The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises using the following operating schedule: Monday to Saturday – 12:00 until 23:00, Sunday – 12:00 until 18:00. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 2NS. Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice 17/10/13. A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 2NS. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Dated: 10/09/2013
