TheaboveOrder made on 11 December,2013, under Section119 of theHighwaysAct 1980, will divert thepublic footpathstartingfroma point on atrack north west of KettlewellNew Bridge on theDales Wayat GRSD 9672 7223, running in anortherly directiondowna stepped bank beforecurving north,north easterlytoapoint along theriverside at GR SD 9675 7231 to aline running from thettack at GR SD 9672 7223, north,north westerly forapproximately 65 metres beforecurving east, north eastawayfromthe trackand gradually downtoalevel viewing platform alongsidethe riverat GRSD9675 7231 ,asshownonthe Order map.
