NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(VARIOUS ROADS, INGLETON) ORDER 2014 NO 24 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following roads at Ingleton in the District of Craven, due to carriageway patching and surfacing works:-

• Warth Lane
• Windy Hill
• Nutgill Lane
• Langber End Lane
• Rarber Top Lane
• Whinney Mire Lane
• Tatterhorn Lane

The maximum duration of the Order will be from 03/02/14 until 03/08/14 inclusive, however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken for up to two weeks at each location during the above timescale commencing 03/02/14. The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and local alternative routes will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
