NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Arcow Quarry, Helwith Bridge. I give notice that Lafarge Tarmac is applying to the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority for planning permission to construct and operate a railhead and to continue quarry operations without complying with conditions 2, 3 and 16 attached to planning permission C/44/101C and that the applications are accompanied by an environmental statement. (Applications Ref C/44/101D and C/44/101E). Members of the public may inspect copies of: the applications the plans the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the applications at Dry Rigg Quarry Office during all reasonable hours until 21 days from the date of this notice. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from URS, Royal Court, Basil Close, Chesterfield, S41 7SL so long as stocks last at a charge of £100 (paper) £20 (CD). Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Authority at Yoredale, Bainbridge, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 3EL or send an email to

planning@yorkshiredales.org.uk
