NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER
WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 SECTION 53
WEST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE NO.1 AREA (OUTSIDE DALES) DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT
NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL RESTRICTED BYWAY NO. 05.38/15, A65 TO THORLBY SWING BRIDGE, STIRTON - WITH -THORLBY MODIFICATION ORDER 2013
On 9 January 2014 North Yorkshire County Council confirmed, without modifications, the above named Order. The Order came into effect on that date. The effect of the confirmed Order modifies the Definitive Map and Statement by adding a Restricted Byway from the A65 trunk road, opposite the junction with the road to Thorlby, in a south-westerly direction along a short track to the towpath of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal via Thorlby Swing Bridge. A copy of the confirmed Order and Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Skipton Public Library, High Street,
Skipton, North Yorkshire until 12 March 2014.
Copies of the confirmed Order may be purchased there at a cost of £2.00.
If any person aggrieved by the Order wishes to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 of the above-named Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, he or she may, within 42 days from the date of this Notice, make an application to the High Court under Schedule 15(12) of the Act.
