TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 05.37/40/1, SKIPTON) ORDER 2014 NO 82
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 05.37/40/1, Skipton, between grid reference SD99005164 (High Street) and SD99045164 (Providence Place), in the District of Craven due to scaffolding for refurbishment works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 10.03.14 until 10.09.14inclusiveand itis envisaged thattheworks will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
