NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

We Mr Matthew Wrigley and Mr Charles Forbes Adam as Trustees of the 1988 Broughton Settlement do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Craven District Council for the variation of our Premises Licence at Broughton Hall Estate, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3AE and known as the Broughton Estate. The proposed variation is to increase the area upon which licensable activities can take place as shown within the operating schedule and site plans that accompany this application. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 1FJ. Dates between which representations may be made to the licensing authority are Tuesday 8th April 2014 until Tuesday 6th May 2014. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, a person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
