NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NEWMARKET STREET, SKIPTON) ORDER 2014 NO 142 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Newmarket Street, Skipton, in the District of Craven due to carriageway repairs and surfacing. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 28.04.14 until 28.10.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken from 19:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs for 2 weeks commencing 28.04.14. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
