PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Application Number: NY/2014/0103/FUL Proposed development at Christ Church Church of England, Voluntary Control) Primary School, Craven Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 2AP. I give notice that The Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the Installation of 2 Roof-lights to the main roof of the school hall.
The part of Skipton within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skiptonduring all reasonable hours until 1 May 2014.
