NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (VARIOUS LOCATIONS, DISTRICT OF CRAVEN) ORDER 2014 NO 140

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following locations, in the District of Craven due to carriageway surfacing:-
1. A59 East and West Marton. From the A56 roundabout to the County boundary at West Marton.

2. A65 Long Preston. From its junction with the B6478 at Long Preston to the B6479 at Cleatop roundabout, Settle.

3. B6160 Burnsall. From its junction with Stangs Lane at Barden Tower to Burnsall village.

4. B6160 Burnsall. From its junction with Thorpe Lane at Thorpe to its junction with the B6265 at Linton.

5. B6480. From its junction with the A65 at Clapham to its junction with Greystonegill Lane at High Bentham.

6. C387 Clapham. From its junction with the A65 to its junction with Reebys Lane, Keasden.

7. C391 Rathmell. From its junction with the A65 at Gildersleets to its junction with Hesley Lane, Rathmell.

8. C235 Farnhill. From its junction with the A629 to its junction with Grange Road, Farnhill.

9. Gargrave Road, Skipton. From the A65/A59 roundabout to Rockwood Drive.

10. Low Lane, Embsay

11. Brackenley Crescent, Embsay

12. Brackenley Lane, Embsay

13. Dalacres Crescent, Embsay

14. Dalacres Drive, Embsay

15. Moorland Rise, Embsay

16. Low Bank, Embsay

17. Rockville Drive, Embsay

18. Hill Top Close, Embsay

46. Orcaber Lane, Austwick

The maximum duration of the Order will be from 28.04.14 until 28.10.14 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken for up to 2 days at each location, on up to 4 occasions within the timescale above. The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative routes will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
