TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 Application Reference No. C/43/51A/LB From Canal & River Trust for listed building consent to change cast iron weir plates to stainless plates at Compensation Weir, Winterburn Reservoir. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted by appointment at our Bainbridge or Grassington offices telephone 0300 456 0030 or on our website.
