NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (C235 CONONLEY LANE, CONONLEY, AT CONONLEY LEVEL CROSSING) ORDER 2014 NO 261 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along C235 Cononley Lane, Cononley at Cononley Level Crossing, in the District of Craven due to rail inspection and repairs.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 20.07.14 until
19.07.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be
undertaken on the following dates and times:
Sunday 20th July 0030hrs to 0830hrs
Sunday 31st August 0030hrs to 0830hrs
Sunday 21st September 0030hrs to 0830hrs
2330hrs Saturday 4th October to 2330hrs Sunday 5th October
2330hrs Saturday 11th October to 2330hrs Sunday 12th October
2330hrs Saturday 18th October to 2330hrs Sunday 19th October
2330hrs Saturday 25th October to 2330hrs Sunday 26th October
The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and
a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times
and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever
possible.
