PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: We Dock Street Creative Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Craven District Council for the grant of our Premises Licence at Funkirk Farm, Carleton, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3AB and known as Funkirk Farm. The application is to:- Performance of a play Exhibition of a film Performance of live music Any playing of recorded music Performance of dance Entertainment of a similar description to that falling within a performance of live music, any playing of recorded music or a performance of dance. Entertainment facilities for making music Entertainment facilities for dancing Entertainment of a similar description to that falling within entertainment facilities for making music or dancing Provision of late night refreshment The sale by retail of alcohol Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1FJ not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below).
