NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(MARSHFIELD ROAD, SETTLE) ORDER 2014 NO 305
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Marshfield Road, Settle in the District of Craven due to gas mains repairs.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 11/08/14 until 10/02/15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over a 2 week period in this timescale commencing 11 /08/14. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
