(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 05.21/55/1, 05.36/27/1, 05.21/56/1 & 05.36/16/2, SETTLE) ORDER 2014 NO 297 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpaths 05.21/55/1, 05.36/27/1, 05.21/56/1 & 05.36/16/2, Settle between grid reference SD80836251 and SD80646187, in the District of Craven in order to complete a grit blast and painting works to the railway bridge.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 04.08.14 until 03.02.15 inclusive and it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
