NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) (BREWERY LANE, SKIPTON) ORDER 2014

NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
(1) Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the length of road specified in column 2 of the following table in a direction other than that specified in relation to that length of road in column 3 of that table; and

(2) Revoke in its entirety "North Yorkshire County Council (One-Way Traffic) (SN180U Brewery Lane, Skipton) Order 2005".

The proposed Order will allow for two-way traffic at the junction with Broughton Road.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Skipton Library, High Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 1JX during normal office hours from 7 August 2014 until 29 August 2014. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, addressed to "Area 5 Highways Office, Snaygill Industrial Estate, Keighley Road, Skipton North Yorkshire BD23 2QR" or by
e-mail area5.skipton@northyorks.gov.uk by 29 August 2014.
