APPPLICATION TO VARY THE PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Daniel Thwaites Pic, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Craven Council lor a Variation ol the Premises Licence in relation to The Listers Arms, Malham Skipton BD23 4DB a brief description ol the nature ol the proposed variation being as follows: To vary the opening hours and hours lor the sale ol alcohol lor residents to Monday to Sunday 00.D1-00.00. To vary the hours lor the sale ol alcohol to non-residents to Monday to Sunday 07.00-00.00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
