TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(BACK GATE, INGLETON) ORDER 2014 NO 336
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Back Gate, Ingleton, in the District of Craven due to drainage works.

The maximum duration of the Order will be from 08.09.14 until 07.02.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over a three week period commencing 08.09.14. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
