NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

The Sole Trustees of Cononley Village Institute applied to Craven District Council on 16 September 2014 for a licence to use the premises at Main Street, Cononley, BD20 8NT for sale of alcohol, Monday – Saturday 9.00 – 23.59 and Sunday 9.00 – 22.00, for community events such as beer festival, visiting theatre companies, music days and evenings. Representations should be made to the Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Mills, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by 15 October 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 16 September 2014.
