TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 05.13/13/2, SHADY LANE, NEAR CONONLEY) ORDER 2014 NO 383 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath | 05.13/13/2,Shady Lane, nearCononley between grid references SD99054739 and SD99084741, in the District of Craven due to track renewal on railway line.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 12.10.14 until 11.04.15 inclusive and it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over 5 consecutive Sundays commencing 12.10.14. On the first 2 Sundays (12/10/2014 & 19/10/2014) I the work is to be started at 00:30am and continue | through to 5:15am of the following morning (Mondays of 13/10/2014 & 20/10/2014). On each Sunday thereafter (26/10/2014 onwards) | the works will be between the hours of 00:30am to 08:30am on the same day.
The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
