NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Matthew Barrett applied to Craven District Council on the 26th September 2014 for a licence to use the premises at the Old Post Office, 8 High Street, Ingleton, LA6 3AA for the sale of alcohol, occasional showing of films and live music Monday - Sunday, 11.00 - 23.00. Representations should be made to the Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Mills, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by 27th October 2014. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 26th September 2014.
