Notice of Dedication of Public Footpaths Highways Act 1980 - Section 25 Public Footpaths 16 in the Parish of Stirton with Thorlby, and 43 in the Parish of Skipton

Take notice that under an agreement made on the 28th day of May 2014 with North Yorkshire County Council, the rights of way described below at Tarn Moor were dedicated for use by the public as Public Footpaths. The effect of the creation agreement is to dedicate footpath 16 from White Hills Lane at GR SD 9802 5266 proceeding in a north-easterly, then south-easterly direction to the Stirton with Thorlby and Skipton parish boundary at GR 9830 5282, and footpath 43 from GR 9830 5282 proceeding north-east to its junction with
footpath Skipton 41 at SD 9832 5284.
