NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(C244 HELLIFIELD, AIRTON) ORDER 2014 NO 458 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(8) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (C244 HELLIFIELD, AIRTON) ORDER 2014 NO 170 made on 08.05.14, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along C244 Hellifield Road, Airton, in the District of Craven due to laying a BT duct.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 20.11.14 until 20.02.15 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be completed within this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained | at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
