(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(VARIOUS ROADS, SKIPTON) ORDER 2015 NO 1 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the following locations in Skipton, in the District of Craven due to a gas mains replacement:
1. Sackville Street, Skipton - From its junction with Keighley Road to its junction with Dawson Street (it is envisaged that only one side of the carriageway will be closed at any one time).

2. Romille Street, Skipton - At its junction with Sackville Street.

3. Cross Street, Skipton - From its junction with Keighley Road to its junction with Carleton Street. (Vehicular access for residents of Cross Street will be maintained whenever possible with the one way system being suspended during the works.)

The maximum duration of the Order will be from the 26/01/2015 until the 26/01/2016 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken within the below timescales. The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and local alternative routes will be signed on site.
1. Sackville Street, Skipton - Expected from 26/01/2015 - 08/03/2015 (although traffic will be made one way depending on the location of the works).

2. Romille Street, Skipton - Expected from 26/01/2015 - 08/02/2015.

3. Cross Street, Skipton - Expected 23/02/2015 - 12/03/2015.

Pedestrian access to premises on or adjacent to the road or only accessible from the road will be maintained at all times.
