Notice of confirmation of a Definitive Map Modification Order North Yorkshire County Council Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 The No.1 Area (Outside Dales) part of the West Riding Definitive Map and Statement Footpath No.05.39/30, Greenroyd Drive to Bridleway No.05.39/25 (Wet Ings Lane), Sutton-in-Craven Modification Order 2014

On 15 January 2015, North Yorkshire County Council confirmed the above-named Order. The effect of the confirmed Order is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by adding a Footpath from Greenroyd Drive across an area of former garages to Bridleway 05.39/25 (Wet Ings Lane) in Sutton-in-Craven. A copy of the confirmed Order and map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Skipton Library, BD23 1JX, North Yorkshire until 12 March 2015, and copies may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2 or downloaded free from our website www.northyorks.gov.uk/pathnotices. If any person aggrieved by the confirmed Order wishes to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the power of Section 53 of the above-named Act, or that any requirement of Schedule 15 of the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, within 42 days of the date of this Notice, make an application to the High Court under Schedule
15(12) to the Act.
