(LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
Application Number: NY/2015/0011/FUL
Proposed development at Sutton In Craven Church of England Primary School, Main Street, Sutton-in-Craven, Keighley, North Yorkshire, BD20 7JS.
I give notice that Corporate Director of Children and Young Peoples Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the erection of a single storey kitchen extension and an electrical kiosk.
The part of Sutton in Craven within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton during all reasonable hours until 12 February 2015. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
