(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(C398, EMBASY TO BRDEN ROAD) ORDER 2015 NO 20
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) | (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along C398, Embasyto Barden Road, in the vicinity of Broad Park Bridge, in the District of Craven due to bridge repairs. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 16.02.15 until 15.08.15 inclusive however it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken within the above timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible with liaison with the contractor.
