NOTICE OF DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 25

YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY PUBLIC PATH CREATIONAGREEMENT BRIDLEWAY NO.6 at Gunnerfleet Farm IN THEPARISH OF INGLETON

Take notice that under an Agreement made on the2 December, 2014 with theYorkshire Dales National Park Authority, the right of way described below at Gunnerfleet Farm, Chapel-le-Dale, Ingleton was dedicated, for use by the public as a Bridleway.
The new Bridleway runs from a point on the access track southwest of Gunnerfleet Farm at Grid Reference SD 75345 79610 in an east, north easterly direction to a bridle gate, by-passing the cattle grid, before bearing easterly to re-join the track at Grid Reference SD 75363 79610. Approximate length18 metres.
Under Section 25, there is no right of objection and the Agreement has taken immediate effect.
