Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that John Christopher Maudsley and Michael Paul Maudsley have applied to Craven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Knight Stainforth Hall Camping and Caravan Park, Little Stainforth, Settle, BD24 0DP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of regulated entertainment to include films Monday to Sunday10.30 to 23.00 hours. The provision of regulated entertainment to include recorded music Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 23.00 hours. The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday11.00 to 23.00 hours.The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 23.30 hours. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle VueSquare, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ no later than 17 April 2015 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Craven District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at
the address of the council's website -www.cravendc.gov.uk or in person at the council offices at the above address during normal business hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
