(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 05.37/8/1, SKIPTON) ORDER 2015 NO 85 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council intends, after at least seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order, which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath | 05.37/8/1, Skipton, in the District of Craven due to construction of a deep foul sewer.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 20.04.15 until 19.10.15 inclusive and it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
There is no alternative route available.
