NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Calvin Dow intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Castle Inn, 2 Mill Bridge, Skipton BD23 1NJ. The variation pro­posed is as follows:- Application is made to amend the plan in accordance with drawing number 7377-10 dated 23 June 2015 which accompanies this application. Application is also made to amend the opening hours to 08:00 daily for non-licensable
activities e.g. sale of tea, coffee, breakfast. Application is also made to remove the two conditions in Annex 2 and 3 which relate to irresponsible drinks promotions as they are no longer appropriate due to the mandatory conditions now attached to this Licence. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Craven District Council 1 Belle Vue Square Broughton Road Skipton BD23 1FJ www.cravendc.gov.uk during
normal office hours. This application was lodged with Craven District Council on 23/07/2015 and any representations must be made in writing to Craven District
Council at the above address by 20/08/2015.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an Application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.00.
