(LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Application Number: NY/2015/0228/FUL
Proposed development at Aireville Nurseries, Brougham Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1RT.
I give notice that Corporate Director, Health & Adult Services is applying to
North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for installation of packaged
sewage treatment plant and erection of a 1.8 metre high security fence.
The part of town within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton during all reasonable hours until 14 October 2015.
