TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 05.37/8/1, SKIPTON) ORDER 2015 NO 341
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 05.37/8/1, SKIPTON) ORDER 2015 NO 85 made on 10.04.15, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 05.37/8/1, Skipton between grid references SE00025177 and SE00645197,
in the District of Craven due to construction of a deep foul sewer.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 19.10.15 until 18.04.16 inclusive and it is
envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
There is no alternative route available.
