TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND ONE WAY SYSTEM) (B6480, DUKE STREET AND I CHURCH STREET, SETTLE) ORDER 2016 NO 143
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the B6480, Duke Street and Church Street (from Cammock Lane to Langcliffe Road), Settle, in the District of Craven, for a temporary period of 3 weeks (Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6pm and midnight) between 4th April 2016 and 3rd October 2016 (subject to access to premises), due to carriageway resurfacing works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
During the hours of midnight to 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday, a temporary one way system, northbound, will be in force along Duke Street and Church Street, between High Hill Grove Street and Townhead, Settle.
It is envisaged that the works will be carried out from Monday 4th April to Friday 22nd April 2016.
