(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
(PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 05.26/84/1&2, INGLETON, CRAVEN) ORDER 2016 NO 201 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) | (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) (PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 05.26/84/1&2, INGLETON, CRAVEN) ORDER 2015 NO 382 made on 18 November 2016, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpaths 05.26/84/1&2, Ingleton, in the District of Craven, due to public safety whilst repairs to the path surface are carried out. The maximum duration of the Order will be from 5th May 2016 until 4th November 2016 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
