(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(B6160 AND C272, BURNSALL) ORDER 2016 NO 213
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the following locations, in the District of Craven, due to BT ducting for high speed broadband:
B6160, Burnsall. From its junction at Burnsall Bridge to its junction with Badger Lane C272, Burnsall. From its junction with the B6160 at Burnsall Bridge to its junction with Hartlington Raikes | C272, Burnsall. From its junction with Hartlington Raikes to Masons Campsite
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 9th May 2016 until 9th October 2016 inclusive. However, it is envisaged that the works will be undertaken between 9th May and 20th May 2016, night time only, between the hours of 9pm and 6am. Each closure will be carried out separately and no closures are expected at weekends.
The closures will be put into effect by notices and signs and a local alternative route will be signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times and vehicular access to premises will be maintained whenever possible.
