Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Massarella Gelaterie Limited has applied to Craven District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wild Mint Cafe, House of Fraser, First Floor 35 - 37 High Street, Skpton, BD23 1DU. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are :To permit the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300; Late Night Refreshments Monday to Sunday 2300 to 2330; and opening hours Monday to Sunday 0700 to 2330. Any representations regarding the above-ment oned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority Craven District Council, 1 BelleVue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ no later than 20th May 2016 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Craven District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.cravendc.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or reckessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
