LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Tasty pic. Address of Premises: WildWood, 17-19 High Street, Skipton, BD23 1aH. Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a premises licence has been made to Craven District Council (the Council) to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol on and off the premises between the hours of 1B00 and 2330 each day, film between the hours of 1000 and 2300 each day and the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 to 2330 each day with seasonal extensions/ such activities being subject to the operational conditions offered in the full application. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Skipton, BD23 1FJ not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). A copy of the application can be viewed at the Council's address during normal office hours or on their website at www.cravendc.gov.uk.
It is an offenfe knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000 (Level 5).
