PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Proposed development at Greatwood Community Primary School, Pinhaw Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 2SJ.
I give notice that The Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the retention of prefabricated classroom unit 1320 (126 sq. metres) & prefabricated classroom unit 3928 (86 sq. metres) and link corridor for a further 6 years.
The part of Skipton within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton during all reasonable hours until the 21^st July 2016. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk
