(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS, CYCLISTS AND HORSE TRAFFIC)
(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 05.11/48 CLAPHAM-CUM-NEWBY, CRAVEN) ORDER 2016 NO 399
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian, cyclist or person riding or leading a horse from using Public Bridleway 05.11/48 Clapham-cum-Newby between grid reference SD74476938 and SD74496937 in the District of Craven for a temporary period of 6 months of Closure (subject to access to premises) between 12th September 2016 and 11th March 2017 because of works, including scaffolding, to the gable end of 1 Yew Tree Cottages, LA2 8DS-the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route is available.
