TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Application Number: NY/2016/0177/ENV Proposed development at Eller Beck, Skipton Golf Course, Skipton, North Yorkshire (Skipton Flood Alleviation Scheme).
I give notice that the Environment Agency is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the variation of condition no. 2 of planning permission Ref. C5/63/2013/14200 dated 3 September 2014 for changes to the final land levels of the scheme to the east of the proposed dam structure and spillway, provide an additional kiosk on a plinth (9.3 sq. metres) and 2 No. air vents with cowlings and a fenced compound on the crest of the embankment and alter the provision of the 16th and 17th holes of Skipton Golf Club and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton during all reasonable hours until 20 October 2016. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site www.northyorks.gov.uk If you wish to make comments about this application please e-mail planning.control@ northyorks.gov.uk or write to Planning Services, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AH, by 20 October 2016, quoting the above application number.
