Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterway? Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to grant rights to permit the Oversailing of a gantry
(together with rights to carry out repairs and maintenance to the gantry) over part of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal adjoining Coach Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD231Lrfwhi'ch is shown edged in red on the plan to this notice which is owned by the Charity.

The Trustee of the Charity has been approached with a request to grant these rights over the Charity's property.
