Deceased PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Margaret Ellen Ingham late of 12 Sawley Street, Skipton BD23 1SX who died on the 4th day of August 2016 and whose Will was proved at the Leeds District Probate Registry on the 13th day of October 2016 by Christopher Charles Jackson and William Alfred Ingham two of the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 31st day of December 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
