TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 Application Reference No. C/09/629A/LB From Mr Shelton for listed building consent for erection of infill extension to existing conservatory at The Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey. Application Reference No. C/29/49B/LB From Mr Smith for listed building consent for erection of porch at Keepers Cottage, Winterburn. Application Reference No. C/50/101A/LB From Mr Spilsbury for listed building consent to reinstate sitting room fireplace, remove later partitions, alter existing bathroom, create en-suite, plaster repairs, repoint gable wall and to lower raised patio at Troutbeck, Linton. The Devonshire Arms, Bolton Abbey, Keepers Cottage, Winterburn and Troutbeck, Linton are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest for the area.
