Licensing Act 2003 We Beacons Festival Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Craven District Council for the grant of our Premises Licence at Funkirk Farm, Heslaker Lane, Skipton, BD23 3AB and known as Heslaker Farm. The application is to: - Apply for a new premises licence in replacement of the existing licence, under the same operating hours and licence conditions for one event in the month of August. This is to include the provision of regulated entertainment in the form of: Plays; films; live music; recorded music; performance of dance; making music; dancing; provision of late night refreshments; sale by retail of alcohol. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 1FJ not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. Dated: July 19 2012.
